Hey guys, welcome! My name is Mike Zagare and I’m really excited that you’re taking this course – the PPC Entourage User Fundamentals Course – and it is my pleasure to share with you the strategies that we used to help scale our business. Now, we were able to scale our business in 2016, and I attribute a lot of our success to really knowing and understanding PPC, being aggressive with PPC, and also optimizing our PPC to make sure we weren’t spending too much money on ad spend.

So, you’re going to learn all of those strategies here. I’m going to show you step-by-step what we did. And this is going to be the fast track to your success when learning Amazon PPC. Just a little overview of what we’re going to cover, is we’re first going to go over the PPC metrics, basic PPC metrics, and how you can learn them fast and easily, and understand them, and use them to your advantage. We’re then going to go over the different strategies that we used to help scale our business. Very much broken down into very simple, easy to consume strategies. Five optimization strategies, and four campaign creation strategies.

We’re then going to go over how we optimized our campaigns in detail. So we break it down into about one hour per week of optimization. That if you’re spending this hour, we highly recommend doing it. But in the old days, it used to take us hours and hours and hours to do the very things that you could just do now in minutes, and at most an hour.

The final part of the Entourage Blueprint Series is going to be all about scaling your business, getting more eyeballs, getting more impressions, and all of that. And we’re going to share with you exactly how we do that, and all of the tools inside of Entourage to simply and quickly do that, and help scale your business. What Dynamic Bidding Strategy works best?
Since the beginning of 2019, Amazon Advertising has three campaign bidding strategies for Sponsored Product Ads (SPA). In addition to fixed bids, there are two dynamic bidding strategies for their PPC ads which can be selected in Seller Central. Bids can be increased or decreased depending on the customer’s purchase probability. These are the strategies “Dynamic bids – down only” and “Dynamic bids – up and down”. There is also the option “Adjust bids by placement”, which replaces the former Bid+.
