In all seriousness, we love social media for all the creative content produced and the democratisation of information, but these apps have been designed in a way that brings more harm than good to our mental and physical health.
So, what is the way to go? Should we totally stop using social media? Can we fight back against these platforms by being more mindful in our use, or are we too far gone with our addiction and reliance on them?
