I turned Amazon FBA PPC adverts OFF for 7 days and this is the shocking impact it had on my product sales and keyword ranks! Amazon sponsored ads are vital to success when selling on Amazon, however, they can also prevent you from making money on Amazon if they aren’t managed correctly.
Amazon FBA beginners often struggle with Amazon FBA PPC optimization as they are unsure how much they can reduce their PPC budget or whether they can pause it altogether.
I recommend that all Amazon sellers track their keyword ranks (organic and sponsored) by using the Keyword Tracker tool from Helium 10.
Tracking keyword rankings makes it easier to accurately assess the impact of PPC optimisations and changes. Relying on sales data alone isn’t enough, sales can ebb and flow on Amazon and may not accurately reflect directly reflect which direction keyword rankings are actually heading.
