Here’s how I consistently grow companies
I almost treat my email accounts that I manage like a media buyer would, and I do more of an 80-20.
So like I do 80% of what’s already tried and true, what I know works to the email list, and then 20% I’ll spend on trying to create a new email control or doing something that…like it might work, it might be a total grand slam, or it might flop.
But I’m giving like myself the flexibility to create and refine things and like while still hedging my bets with the other 80% of what’s already working.
That’s how we can predictably keep growing the company.
