Se você está iniciando na profissão social media, vou te dar dicas que eu aprendi na prática!
1. Você não é funcionário do seu cliente: Você é um empreendedor, você é dono do seu próprio negocio. Se dê tempo para aproveitar o fato de que você não é funcionário. Se organize para conseguir executar tudo o que precisa e ter tempo para você.
2. Não tenha medo de cobrar: Seu valor não é mais fixo, e muito menos valor de funcionário. Você precisa investir e para isso você precisa ganhar bem, valorizar o seu trabalho!
3. Tenha autoridade: Você precisa executa e testar muito para mostrar para as pessoas que você realmente sabe o que está fazendo e tem resultados. Se posicione como uma pessoa que sabe e faz da melhor forma. Sinta-se seguro com o seu trabalho.
4. Conquiste clientes com assunstos que você tem afinidade: Quando você sabe e tem interesse, as coisas fluem com mais facilidade, você consegue gerar conteúdo de uma forma mais leve. Mas isso não te impede de aceitar desafios!
5. Assuma os erros: Não responsabilize outras pessoas pelo seu erro, assuma o controle sobre as coisas que estão acontecendo!
6. Monte sua equipe: Faça parcerias ou contrate pessoas através de um MEI. Você consegue fazer parceria com um design, vídeomaker e afins!
7. Crie estratégias: Sai do comum e não tenha medo de testar, isso que fará você se destacar, fazer coisas diferenciadas!
