Social media influencer Andrew Tate remains jailed in Romania, alongside his brother Tristan, amid an investigation into human trafficking.

The two have not been charged. Tina Glandian, an attorney and partner with Geragos & Geragos, is representing both brothers and joined LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow to discuss the case.

Andrew Tate has been arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking and other charges.

His brother Tristan was also arrested along with two other men.

Earlier this week, the British national was embroiled in a row on with GretaThunberg, the teenage climate activist, on Twitter after he told her he owned 33 cars with “enormous emissions”.

Thunberg has since claimed her Twitter spat with social media influencer Andrew Tate led to his arrest.
