Google torched by social media users for ‘woke’ Christmas ad
Social media users have blasted tech conglomerate Google for their recent Christmas campaign ad.
The video was labelled “woke” after it featured non-binary TikTok star Cyrus Veyssi shopping for Christmas.
The ad was widely panned online, with social media users slamming the advertisement as “woke”.
“Google launches WOKE Christmas campaign featuring a man wearing women’s clothing complaining about his skin,” wrote one user.

How to get email marketing right?
My emails have an open rate in excess of 20%. I know a lot of businesses struggle with low email open rates – 5% of lower.
What is that they are doing wrong?
One major reason is relying on purchased or third party email database.
Third party or purchased email databases are a thing of the past.
You got to work with first party email data. You need people who opt-in to receive your emails.
How?
There are several ways. Some include:
– offering free templates
– providing industry specific research data
– offering discounts to subscribers etc.
