I Deleted Social Media And You Should Too

In this video i quit social media for 30 days. Well not quite 30 days, but I did this to learn a few lessons to why people find it so hard to delete social media and how it completely changed my life. I also didn’t let myself listen to music or watch anything so then it was a domaine detox. Doing this changed the way I saw life and the benefits of quitting were incredible. Social media is damaging everyone’s mental health and distracting you from having success. Therefore a digital declutter or digital minimalism is essential to living a good life and removing that social media addiction. Getting rid of all your social media can reduce your screen time and make you happier. In this video I also explain the number 1 reason as to why many people don’t want to delete their socials. After covid19 there has been a massive increase on the consumption of social media and that’s why I believe everyone should try to reduce their time on these apps.
