In this video, I will be discussing the importance of email marketing, so many of us focus on social media marketing which is great but not enough. If you want to connect to your individual customers and especially build a large number of returning buyers and customers.

There are many areas of digital marketing and also standard marketing such as business cards and advertisements in shops. In 2021 and beyond, the main marketing focus is online, there is Facebook marketing, but this would not apply to Twitter and Instagram because the layout and features are different. You want to make sure the person is familiar with the social media platform and knows the ins and outs of that social media. Also, you want to make sure the person knows what works well and what does not work well.

Email marketing is very powerful for your business because you can reach those that may not be on social media but they use email to communicate. There are many websites that have email designs and templates, this is great for beginners. It is okay to outsource and get help, but you should understand marketing so you know if the person or company you hire is doing a good job or not.
