With the release of site names, I feel adding your site name to your meta title is less important.
I recently disagreed with an SEO agency I was working with who insisted we put the pipe site name in the meta title.
I feel the meta title real estate can be used more effectively where you can use your Brand in the meta title rather than a pipe site name

Google posted a new blog titled “An update on site names.”
As a reminder, the best way to indicate a preferred site name to Google is to use WebSite structured data, as explained in our site name documentation.
We’ve updated that documentation to encourage more use of the alternate name property.
Sometimes, a preferred site name isn’t available for use.
For example, our system generally uses a different name for two other global sites.
Providing an alternative name using the alternate name property allows our system to consider other options if your preferred choice isn’t.

Now, you can report spam, paid links, malicious behavior, low quality, and other search quality issues, all in one improved form.
They also added a bulk submission feature, and you can now submit up to five pages that violate the same policy in one report.
