at the very least, you should consider it. It’s ok if you don’t delete it, it is after all, my humble opinion. 🙂
I would also say, if you can use it as a tool and not let it consume you or have negative effects on you. that’s great! I’m in no way shaming people who need to use it for their work or as inspiration or contact with friends. Since I do that too.
