It’s easier said that done. I recently hit a breaking point where I knew I needed to change something drastically. As a person who’s experienced addiction on many levels, I understood that sometimes “extreme” measures are the only thing that works for me. Today I’ll share with you how becoming more minimal helped me limit my phone usage and enjoy life more.
