I’ve been hooked on social media since 2021. But recently, it’s gotten out of hand. So, on February 4, I quit social media. I went on a 30 Day Detox. I deleted all my apps, deactivated Facebook, and banned the news. 📺

While the challenge was hard initially, by the end, I didn’t want it to stop. So, in this video, I’ll share why I went on a detox, what it was like, and what I learned along the way. 🧠
