In this video, I talk about my journey of quitting social media and the surprising freedom that came with it. I grew up without social media, but once I got into it, I found myself constantly living for other people’s approval instead of focusing on my own life. The frustration of low engagement on Instagram, the pressure to keep up, and the endless comparisons left me feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from my own reality.
But after just a few days without the constant noise of social media, I gained so much mental clarity and space. I’ve learned to appreciate my life more and live in the moment, rather than in the lives of others. This video is all about how stepping away from social media has helped me rediscover gratitude and peace.
