I quit social media for a month… and this is what happened

I never tried anything like this before but I recently got stuck in another episode of depression and I figured, why not give it a try. Quitting social media has expanded my perspective on comparison and succes. I highly recommend everyone to try a social media detox at least once! #socialmediadetox I was inspired to do this detox from watching these videos:
