How to cure social media addiction is anyone’s guess , but leaving social media seems like it would be a good start to cure the social media addiction . So i quit social media , and to quit social media is liberating . Some would call this a social media detox . A social media detox is when you stop going on all social media to cure social media addiction , a social media detox is very helpful . This is not a quit from social media nor am i quitting social media , i dont think it is wise to quit social media . But i do offer great ways on how to quit social media
